Amy Winehouse Speaks in Tongues

Yes, that really is English that Winehouse is attempting to sing there. I'm really not sure what the deal is. She's actually hitting all of the notes properly and seems to be making sounds vaguely like words, but isn't quite getting it right. It's sort of like listening to someone trying to sing around a dick. Presumably, her mouth is numb from the massive, massive amount of drugs in her system at the moment.

The best part by far is the back up dancers with their ridiculously enthusiastic dancing. I can just imagine they're back there telling each other, "Maybe we can get the band to play faster and save us all from this agony!" How they managed to keep from laughing hysterically, I'll never know.

Edited to Add: Apparently, nobody cares about having videos of performances on the Internet until they're embarrassing. Ah well.
